The Officers and Governors meet twice a year: 1. At the Spring Convention; 2. At an agreed location in the Fall. The officers and governors are elected to two-year terms by the membership. The Legal Counsel, Editor, Education Director, Secretary-Treasurer, Webmaster, Convention Chairman and Exhibit Chairman are appointed positions.
